Set Goals & Plan ahead:
Create a weekly plan and a to-do list for each day. Prioritize your tasks and focus on the most important ones.
Start the day with health & vitality:
Start your day with a healthy breakfast and some physical activity. Being very agile and passionate for the task ahead for the day will make you seize the moments and put your best.
Optimize your work:
Automate repetitive tasks, create an optimal work environment, and avoid micromanaging.
Meditate:
To make the most of your day you have to engage in in-depth thinking. Meditating daily can help you get the most benefit.
By thinking through issues during a quiet time, you can get solutions to a lot of problems.
Drink Sufficient Water:
Drinking at least 8 to 10 glasses of water a day can help you stay full and hydrated.
Your brain needs water to function effectively. For you to avoid being moody and easily get stressed out, you need to take clean water regularly.
Manage stress:
If your work is stressful, or you are pursuing a goal with a deadline that's increasing your stress level, managing your stress levels is very important, to avoid being burnout.
Concentrate:
You can never achieve much in a day if you don't master the art of concentrating on your task and avoiding distractions until the goals are achieved.
Be present in what you do.
Make progress:
Be a goal getter and make progress through moving towards achieving your immediate, short term and long term goals daily.
You will make the most of your day daily as you are making progress.
Do what you love & love what you do:
You will never make the most of your day until you begin to do what you love, and love what you do.
Of course, this doesn't mean that if you're doing sinful or illegal things, you should love it.
No! Examine your life and evaluate what you are doing. The fact that you enjoy it or find it easy to e doesn't mean you should continue if it's not of good report.
Get enough sleep:
Getting enough sleep helps you have the energy you need for the day. After the day's work, ensure you have enough sleep.
Having deep and sufficient sleep may not really mean have long hours of sleep.
The quality of the sleep you have says a lot about the quality of the food you eat, the environment where you are sleeping and your mental/emotional health conditions.
