Akarigbo, Adebutu, Remo Obas, Others to attend RemoGDF 2022 AGM

  The Akarigbo and Paramount Ruler of Remoland, Oba(Dr) Babatunde Adewale Ajayi, CFR, (Torungbuwa II), will this Tuesday, December 20, attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Remo Growth and Development Foundation (RemoGDF) along with other Remo traditional rulers and eminent personalities.

According to a statement signed by Omo’ba Abiola Ogundeko, Head, Media and Publicity,

Remo Growth and Development Foundation, the AGM would be held at the foundation’s Secretariat, Iperu-Ilishan Road, Iperu-Remo, Ogun State, by 11:00 Am prompt. 

Among the crucial issues to be addressed during the AGM are:

 Presentation of the Constitution for Ratification.

  Presentation of the General Secretary’s Operational Reports.

  To present the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2020 and the year ended 31 December 2021.

   To present the Reports of the Independent Auditors the year ended 31 December 2020 and the year ended 31 December 2021.

To Approve the Revised Constitution of the Foundation.

Apart from the Akarigbo; who is the Foundation's grandpatron, and Remo royal fathers; who are patrons, the Chairman, Board of Trustees of the RemoGDF, Sir Kesington Adebukunola Adebutu, CFR, and other Board of Trustees members would be at the occasion.

They would be received by the Chairman of the RemoGDF,

Otunba Tunji Lawal-Solarin and the Co-Chairman, Aare (Dr.) Kolawole Oyefeso, and all the financial members of the Foundation.
