The Convener of the Ogun State–based Omoluabi Movement within the All Progressives Congress (APC),Armstrong ‘Tope Akintunde Akintunde, has congratulated all newly elected executive committee members at the ward and local government levels, describing their victories as a strong signal of political stability ahead of the party’s forthcoming primaries.
In a congratulatory message released to journalists on Saturday through the Movement’s Director of Media and Publicity, Oluseun Joshua, Akintunde said the smooth conduct of the elections across the state reflects a disciplined and well-coordinated party structure.
He extended heartfelt felicitations to the Governor of Ogun State, Dapo Abiodun, praising his leadership and commitment to ensuring peaceful internal democratic processes within the party.
According to Akintunde, the orderly nature of the ward and local government elections demonstrates that the APC in Ogun State is firmly on course for peaceful and credible primaries.

The Omoluabi Convener further charged the newly elected executives to remain loyal, focused, and unwavering in their commitment to the unity and progress of the party, regardless of personal affiliations or positions.
He emphasized that as the 2027 elections draw closer, grassroots leadership will play a decisive role in shaping the party’s fortunes.
