The Group Managing Director of ADRON HOMES AND PROPERTIES LTD, Aare Oba Adetola Emmanuel-King disclosed on Saturday that the pioneering estate works of Evang. Kolade Segun - Okeowo, fondly called KSO, attracted him to invest in  Simawa, a fast growing town in Ogun State.

He revealed this at the official chieftaincy installation (IWUYE) ceremony of the veteran actor and movie producer, Evang. KSO and his wife, Lady Evang. Sunmbo Segun-Okeowo, as the Aare & Yeye Asoludero of Simawa Kingdom .

Aare Emmanuel-King, an outstanding property merchant, who was the  Chairman of the occasion, noted that as he was preparing to begin his Estate Investment in 2011, someone informed him of the pioneering efforts of Evang Segun-Okeowo in setting up a film village in Simawa.

According to the ADRON boss, the news prompted him to race down to Simawa to see things for himself and he saw the film Village of KSO.

To this end, he thanked the movie producer turned property merchant for being a good pace-setter and trail blazer in the development of Simawa.

That bold moves marked the beginning of his adventure into homes and property business, which today has turned him to a major player in estate development in Nigeria.

The Iwuye ceremony, which coincided with the 50th Birthday celebrations of Mrs Segun-Okeowo, fondly called SSO, was held at the SHALOMITE'S EVENTS CENTRE, SIMAWA.

Aare Emmanuel-King there and then concluded that the title Asoludero conferred on KSO and his wife is a well deserved honour which befits their pioneering efforts in transform the agrarian community to a fast growing town in Ogun State.

The property merchant also showered encomium on Evang Sunmbo Segun-Okeowo who clocked 50 and wished her the very best of life.

As the principal launcher of a book written by Mrs Segun-Okeowo titled: WOMAN ON ERRAND, launched at the event, Aare Emmanuel-King purchased a thousand copies of the book.

According to him, he would give a copy of the book, which was reviewed by Pastor (Mrs) Abimbola Oluyemi, to every female staff member of his organisation.
